Artisan Adornments
Material, memory, and the body.
These adornments are conceived not as accessories, but as objects made for the body.
Each piece is shaped by hand from brass and set with precious and semi-precious stones. Nothing is cast from a mold; every work carries its own variations and the traces of its making.
Drawing on forms and visual memories that bridge the ancient and the contemporary, the pieces explore how an object can take on a new presence once it is worn.
