Lobat Mirgoli

Lobat Mirgoli is an artist and designer based in Tehran, Iran. Her work moves between graphic design, art management, and the making of lighting objects and adornments from aged and reclaimed materials.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from the Faculty of Art & Architecture, Tehran Azad University (2003), and began her professional career in 2006, taking charge of the design of numerous projects.
Working independently, she has collaborated with architects, designers, and manufacturers—from professional packaging and label design for food and mineral water brands, including Aqua Prime, Sheshpeer, and Vivante, to full-scale advertising and graphic design for major Persian carpet enterprises.
Alongside this, a deep interest in conceptual lighting design led her to raw old wood, salvaged ironwork, and jewelry in gold, silver, brass, and precious stones. Through this practice she turns reclaimed materials into works that celebrate creativity and sustainability.
